Don't stress about the size - returns and refunds are accepted up to 30 days after your purchase!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

To start a return, you can contact us at KateDsewing@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at KateDsewing@gmail.com.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days! For domestic shipping within the United States, delivery typically takes 5-7 days. If you require expedited shipping, please select a faster shipping option at checkout to ensure a timely delivery. International shipping generally takes 2-3 weeks, though there may be delays due to supply chain issues. We offer free shipping for returns.

Hand washing or dry cleaning is recommended to help preserve the condition of delicate fabrics and lace trims. If using a washing machine, opt for a delicate cycle.

Wash with cold water. This helps prevent colors from fading.

Air dry or use a delicate low-heat cycle.

If you need to iron, use a low heat setting to avoid burning or damaging delicate fabrics. Do not iron lace trim.

Sustainability is very important to me and ultimately why I created my own brand. Every single item listed on my website is handmade ethically by me. Some items are made of recycled fabric found at thrift stores, up-cycling what it used to be and giving it a new life so it doesn't end up in a landfill!
